The road to stepping into her abilities hasn't been the easiest or the happiest. Tess has definitely had her fair share of pain. Growing up with childhood abuse, in the foster care system, teen pregnancy, loss, grief and most of all heart break, Tess has learned to accept things as they are and look at the people she is surrounded by in life as both a lesson or a blessing.
